Objectives
To achieve clear and explicit requirement definition
To continuously improve customer interactions and deliveries, including technical documentations, RFP/RFQ, and quote estimates
To create a fluid, dynamic, and efficient communication flow process with between customers and Lines of Business during and beyond presales activity
To advance business development through technical expertise
Responsibilities (active role only unless mentioned)

Intrepret customer needs and assist in the definition of product features, including use of demos
Participate in customer meetings to help sales team create customer focused solutions and secure offers
Actively interface with customers on technical and solution requirements to match both customer and company needs
Respond to technical issues for any tenders, including RFP/RFQ/RFI
Prepare technical part of offers and manage the services and HW/SW aspects of the offers
Synchronize with line of business on feasibility of solutions and help validate customer requirements
Work closely with line of business developers and technical shared services
Write CSDs and TRD
Promote business development with sales team through technical expertise
Stay abreast with current and emerging technologies and provide feedback on innovations
Provide technical (strengths and weaknesses) analysis of their portfolio in relations to competitors' products
Potential other duty: Serve as coordinator for bid management
Competence (level of authority, knowledge, skills, and abilities)
Good level of communication, written and verbal
Ability to manage and respond to customers' technical questions
